Pre-Fall 2014 I haven't even seen Spring 2014 yet !!

I am overwhelmed with the number of runway designers each season. As soon as I determine "my favorites", new ones appear. I don't have the time to stay on top.

I will share on this blog my favorites as I come across them. For now let's say that I am just now discovering how much I love minimalist style. It's so classic, easy, flowy, simple, basic. Effortless? Not necessarily; but classic and chic, yes.

Punk, Hippie, Grunge

I am a Boston native, lived through the hippie 70s and punk 70s. Loved both styles. Punk is making a come back as seen on Moschino Fall 2013 and House of Holland and I'm trying to find some other fashion houses because I love love love punk style. In the meantime, I'm also obsessing about the Saint Laurent grunge fall collection with tulle, halter dresses, flannels, and messy hair on gorgeous girls. I sell thrifted clothing on Etsy (see my "mini Etsy" on the right hand column and the SAint Laurent collection lends itself to thrifed clothing. I will be taking out my collection of grunge thrift soon so keep posted to my shop.
